slow service missing coffee maker

my stay had notable problems. the room service was slow. it took over an hour for a simple order to arrive. the promised amenities in my standard king room smoking were not fully available. a functional coffee maker was missing. this lacked convenience. i expected better from a hotel with this reputation.

clean beach green surrounding great variety poor bedding unnecessary stress unprofessional handling

the hotel had direct access to a clean beach. lush green surroundings contributed to a serene atmosphere. i found the rooms spacious. breakfast offered a great variety.

the extra bedding was of poor quality, and it was difficult to sleep. the director insisted on lodging an fir at the last moment. this situation caused unnecessary stress. i found this unprofessional.
